The Villa is ideal for golfers, honeymooners, small families and can combined in rental with the villa for larger families or two couples.


The villa is completely level and parking is outside the front door. The large patio makes outdoor living a pleasure and the braai facility on the patio is a pleasure, combined with the stunning views of the golf course, bird life and club house.

The Villa consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge area with a sleeper couch. The kitchen has a stove; fridge/freezer and microwave and all cutlery and crockery are provided. The unit is modern and ie equipped with a TV with full DStv in the lounge as well as air condition unit in the lounge area. The bedroom has a double bed, with dressing table and the bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower and toilet.

The unit is a non - smoking unit and fully equipped. All linen, glassware and bath towels are provided, except beach towels. Arrangements can be made to have the unit daily serviced at an extra cost and Golf carts can be rented . The unit is a listed as a member of the golf club and therefore the occupants can play at member's rates.
