When is Proof of Payment Required?
Proof of payment is required to be faxed or emailed only after 48hrs should payment not be reflecting after 24hrs of deposit.
What is Promo Fee?
A As part of our new packages our customers can now take handsets that have a pay-in fee, where the pay-in fee is broken down and divided over the contractual period. This means that instead of paying in an extra amount upfront for the handset, it is broken down to a monthly fee over the duration of the contract. This is referred to as a Promo fee.Please also be advised that you cannot migrate your package for the duration of your contract because you are on a promotional package.
What is Content Charge?
A Content Charge' is a commercial SMS by a company with the intention of selling you a product or service. Once you subscribe or reply to any of these, you get charged for the information you receive from them.
